SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
The products presented on our website are not located in SCOTLAND and are shipped directly from our manufacturers located abroad. The estimated average delivery time for products is 10 to 15 business days, although there may be variations in time, customs costs, or VAT by Correos, as well as possible issues such as strikes and other factors beyond our control. However, we guarantee the delivery of your product within a maximum of 90 days after purchase. (IF THIS DEADLINE IS NOT MET, YOU MAY RETURN THE ORDER WITHOUT CONDITIONS).
Another important point is that the products arrive in SCOTLAND under competent supervision and will then be delivered to the destination cities. All purchases come with a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer's email within 7 business days (UNLESS THERE IS A SHIPPING ISSUE FROM THE SUPPLIERS) and can be tracked from the time it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at your home. Delivery is always made by Correos; however, in some cases, such as absent recipients or regions with delivery restrictions, Correos may leave a notice for pickup at the nearest agency to the provided address. If the order contains 2 or more products, they may be shipped separately, and a tracking number will be issued for each product. Since this is an international order, tracking information on the Correos website may take up to 7 business days to update after the tracking code is provided.
The customer must review the delivery address before confirming the purchase, and in case of a return due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, the responsibility will lie solely with the customer. In case of failed delivery attempts, the package will be available for pickup at the agency; otherwise, it will be returned to the sender abroad. Once the reshipping is confirmed, the delivery time will begin from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order log. How long does it take to process an order?

Why 72 hours? We take this time to conduct a final quality check on your items, ensure the packaging is secure, and generate your international tracking number. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the tracking details to follow your delivery.

If you chose a product from our online store but found a manufacturing defect upon receiving it, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it as stated in the Consumer Protection Code within 7 days of receipt. Please remember that the first step for an exchange or return is to notify our Customer Service Center at dribblescotland@gmail.com. Our team will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product. Once we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that everything meets the return conditions of the item. After confirmation, our customer service team will contact you, and in this case, you can choose between: 1. Exchanging for any product available in our stock. 2. Receiving a refund for the amount spent on the products.
