RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Our highest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you chose a product from our online store but found a manufacturing defect upon receiving it, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it as stated in the Consumer Protection Code within 7 days of receipt. Please remember that the first step for an exchange or return is to notify our Customer Service Center at dribblescotland@gmail.com. Our team will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product. Once we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that everything meets the return conditions of the item. After confirmation, our customer service team will contact you, and in this case, you can choose between: 1. Exchanging for any product available in our stock. 2. Receiving a refund for the amount spent on the products. BOTH RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RETURN, AND CUSTOMIZED JERSEY EXCHANGES WITH PERSONAL NAMES AND NUMBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED (EXCEPT IN CASE OF DISTRIBUTOR ERROR).
